Here are some answers to commonly asked questions-

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE ORDERING- There will be no cash refunds for items that tracking has been provided for and has updated shipping info. Only replaced items can be offered when shipments get delayed, lost, etc. There are no refunds, or goods available for any orders where tracking info that has been stated as delivered when address is right and tracking has been provided. Thank you. 

RESIZING- All hand tooled and hand painted belts are final sale. A new belt will need to be purchased in this case but mistakes do happen. If a more simple belt comes and you have chosen the wrong size at check out and would like a new size, the original belt in brand new condition needs to be sent back, and there will be a $50 resizing fee to cover the cost of new materials, hardware and shipping. New belts are made for every resize. Thank you.

I have a question about an order, how do I contact you?

Email! please only send questions about orders to my email. I will not reply to DM messages on Instagram  in regard to online web orders.

How do customs work?

When customs are open I take them through my custom submission form. Once a design and price have been agreed upon I take payment through a link on my site.

How long will it take to get my custom order? 

It depends on the product and my work load. A time line will be talked about when the order is placed.

I expected my order sooner, and it isn't here yet. 

So sorry about that, sometimes lead times vary! It may say that a keychain takes three weeks to ship, and it ends up being longer than that due to a high volume of orders. With Covid my ship times have varied because I rely heavily on ordering hardware, leather, paint and dye online. I am the only one making these goods, and I try my hardest to get them out in a reasonable time.

When will I get tracking?

An email will send as soon as your package has shipped. A tracking number will be included in that email. 

Why do some products take longer than others?

Lead times depend heavily on the volume of orders I get and the work that goes into them. Some items I am able to make quickly and get them shipped sooner, and some items require more work, or require that I buy hardware for that item. Please remember that I am a one women show, making and creating all of these products and I work as much as I can to get items out quickly.
